At DUDE WITH SIGN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to our unique printing process where each order is custom-made, we do not offer refunds. We do offer returns for damaged or misprinted items to ensure your shopping experience remains positive.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team at support@dudewithsign within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. You do not need to return the damaged or misprinted item; you can keep it.
Process:
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at support@dudewithsign.com to report the issue. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Resolution: Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, will process a replacement for the damaged or misprinted item.
